The Press Association: Women take more single-sex holidays

Three in four women have been away on a girls-only trip but only just over half of men have travelled abroad with their mates, a survey has showed.
Just 52% of men as opposed to 75% of females have been on single-sex trips, the survey from travel website Kayak.co.uk found.
Hen parties and stag dos were the main reason for such trips, with “big city nightlife” the main attraction. The Press Association: Women take more single-sex holidays
